  • We require a 30% deposit of the final quote to reserve your date. Once you've chosen your menu, we'll send you a quote to secure the booking. Your date will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • We don’t have a minimum number of guests, but we do have minimum order quantities for each type of food. The minimum is 15 pizzas for pizza, 20 portions for pasta, and 20 portions per flavour for tapas or desserts.

    Usually, we recommend these quantities for 25 guests.

  • Yes, we offer homemade gluten-free friendly pizza bases with an extra cost $3 each and gluten-free pasta at $1 per serve. Some of our tapas and desserts are also gluten-free. However, despite our efforts, there is still a risk of cross-contamination due to the presence of gluten in our kitchen.

    Vegan and dairy-free cheese for pizzas and pasta is available at no extra cost. For any other dietary requirements, feel free to get in touch — we're happy to accommodate where possible.

  • We are happy to travel far depending on the type of event / availability and your requirements. We cover a roundtrip area of 50km from Perth CBD. If you are located further, we charge an additional $1.9 (+GST) per km in travel costs. In some cases, longer distances may also require staff accommodation.

  • Our catering setup is fully mobile and self-sufficient, designed to bring a high-quality kitchen experience to almost any location. We typically need a space of 3m x 3m for smaller events, and up to 3m x 6m for larger functions.

    All of our services include live cooking, which not only means fresh, delicious food, but also adds a fun and memorable touch for your guests.

    We can set up pretty much anywhere—backyards, parks, driveways, even private yachts if you're feeling fancy. All of our gear fits through a standard doorway, so yes, we can cook inside too.

    Access to power and water is helpful, but not essential—we’re fully equipped to run independently.

    To help us set up smoothly and on time, we just ask that the space is clear and free of furniture or other obstacles before we arrive.
    Setup takes about 45 minutes for casual events, and up to 1.5 hours for weddings or larger functions.

  • Yes, we supply enough disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins for the total number of guests at your event, plus a few extras. Quantities are provided in proportion to the number of guests, not in unlimited supply. We are committed to the environment, so we encourage guests to keep their plates for use throughout the event whenever possible.

  • We cater for almost any type of event—birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, baby showers, corporate functions, expos and more. Whether you're planning something small and intimate or a big celebration, we’re here for it. We’ve successfully catered events with over 250 guests.

  • Unfortunately, once the reservation is paid, we can't reduce the food quantity, even if fewer guests attend. This is because we commit to staff, ingredients, and production time, turning down other bookings to meet our capacity. If unsure about guest numbers, we recommend booking a minimum and adding later. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain quality and organisation.

  • If you have suitable food storage containers, we can place any leftover food into them. We also have compostable takeaway containers if you require them; please ask for them when booking the event.

    And if you’d like to add a special touch, we offer custom-made pizza boxes personalised for your event, complete with your name or message on the label. Just ask us when booking!

  • Once your event is booked, we cannot guarantee a time change. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but any changes are subject to availability and depend on other events scheduled on that day. We recommend carefully considering the time you'd like your guests to arrive at your party and when you'd like to serve the food to avoid any inconvenience.

  • If requested at least 21 days before the event day, rescheduling can be done without charge. If rescheduling is requested with less notice, the deposit will not be refunded, and a new booking must be arranged.

  • Cancellations made within 21 days before the event will be liable to pay 100% of the deposit. Deposits will be refunded if catering is cancelled at least three weeks before the event day.
