A selection of Italian and Spanish flavors where each station is a performance. From the gestures of our chefs to the presentation of each dish, every bite becomes a show to be experienced.

  • Inspired by Italy's traditional neighbourhood delis, this live station brings an authentic charcuterie experience to your event. A curated spread of cured meats, cheeses, grissini and olives, sliced and plated in front of your guests.

    It's not just food, it's theatre, an interactive corner that adds flavour and charm to any celebration.

  • Our take on Neapolitan street food. Golden and crispy outside, soft inside, each fried pizza pocket is filled with ricotta, salame and ham, made fresh and served hot at your event.

Snacks Corner

A playful corner of Perth catering favourites where guests can mingle and help themselves at their own pace. From build-your-own tacos to doughnuts, popcorn and fairy floss, this station is all about casual, hands-on fun.

Great for keeping the energy up through the whole event.

  • Mini pizza dough balls, deep-fried until golden and irresistibly fluffy. Served warm in a paper cup and topped with your choice of Nutella, honey, or a sprinkle of sugar.
